Q▶▼	How do I answer a question on the form?
A	Choose your response by clicking on one of the radio buttons under the question.
Q▶▼	Is it OK to skip some of the questions?
A	It is very important to answer ALL of the questions to the best of your ability.
Q▶▼	How can I tell if I’ve skipped any questions?
A	The left side of the screen has a list of sections showing your progress through the form. A symbol shows the state of each section: Teal check mark : all required information is present. Orange warning sign : answers are missing (number of missing responses shown in red text). Teal arrow : indicates the section you are currently working on.
Q▶▼	How do I go to the next section of the form?
A	Click the teal “Next Section” button on the lower right side of the screen.
Q▶▼	How do I go back to previous sections?
A	Click the “Previous Section” button on the lower left side of the screen, or click one of the section links on the left side of the page.
Q▶▼	How do I finish working on the form?
A	When you reach the last section, you can finish the form by clicking the “Submit” button on the lower right side of the screen.
Q▶▼	What computer requirements are needed in order to use the WPS Online Evaluation System?
A	Internet access is required along with one of the following compatible web browsers: Mozilla Firefox version 54 and later (recommended) Google Chrome version 58 and later Microsoft Internet Explorer version 10 and later Apple Safari version 10.0 and later In order to view reports, Adobe Reader must be installed on your computer. The free Adobe Reader PDF viewer is available at get.adobe.com/reader.
